Please note that due to hygiene and safety precautions, all PPE products are final sale. These items are non refundable and non returnable.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for an exchange or refund. If you find an item to be defective and wish to exchange it please follow the return process.
If for some reason you think that the delivered product is defected then please follow the steps below:
1. Send us your product images with order no. at email@example.com with a short description of your issue. A support specialist will reply within 24 hours.
2. You can call our customer support directly at: (888)-723-9152 and our support representative will review the issue and upon verification of the mistake he will issue an exchange or refund.
Customer will have 10 days from the date of delivery of products for the entire process of complaint.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
